Video and computer gaming has become more than a craze, it has become a part of life for most youngsters.

Computer games are used by many medical departments as a form of physiotherapy. The people who are recovering from physical injuries develop their motor skills and coordination with gaming. This also improve the hand-eye co-ordination and help players gain a lot of skills.

Computer games also helps improve decision making and tech players to think on their feet. This also helps hone social skills and create team players. These games teach players problem solving, cognitive skills and motivation. A lot of games inspire players to strive and reach more difficult levels that present a lot of challenges at each stage.

Video and Computer games have positive and negative effects, however parents should also let their kids play in moderation and this won’ t cause any problems.
